I tried to place an order for a party platter for a family gala. They require 24 hrs. notice. I called FOUR TIMES! The phone rang more than 30 times before an automated voice pick-up picked up and said "we are closed on Sunday and Monday, our hours are from 10 am to 3 pm on Tuesday & Wednesday, (etc.) and you must verify your order with our staff." I left messages on Monday, Tuesday, and 2 messages on Wednesday. No one ever called me back. I went elsewhere for my party platter. Anyone who treats prospective customers like this does not deserve to be in business! I am all for supporting small business owners, but if this is how Razzleberries treats their customers, IN A BAD ECONOMY, I can't imagine how they treat customers during good times. NEVER AGAIN!!! I suggest anyone looking for great confections from a small business get in touch with THE CAKERY in Newington, CT! Delicious ,,,reasonably priced...and STELLAR customer service.
